2025 Groundhog Day Grinder U13-3 Registration Form

Dates: January 31 to February 2, 2025

Location: George Blunden Arena | Calgary, Alberta

Sanction Number Hockey Calgary: 25-900094

FORMAT: Three 90-minute games guaranteed for all teams, one on Friday, two on Saturday.

Top 4 teams will each have two additional 90-minute games on Sunday, for a total of five games.

Registration fee is $2,300* per team due November 30, 2024

*A $400 refund will be issued if your team does not qualify for Sunday games

Please bring 10 roster stickers

Provide copy of travel permit if applicable and approval to play in our tournament through your local hockey league

Heart and Hustle: Coaches will choose one player from their own team each game to receive the award

Medals will be provided at end of the tournament for top 4 teams
