Female Council

Girls Hockey Calgary Association (GHC) has been a voice in female hockey development in Alberta since 1989. GHC Jr. Inferno community teams compete in every Hockey Calgary age division from U7 to U18. GHC also houses the largest female elite franchise in the province, the GHC Calgary Fire, which has three U13 AA teams, three U15 AA teams, two U18 AA teams and two U18 AAA teams. Elite teams play in the Alberta Female Hockey League (AFHL).

GHC is governed by and supported by Hockey Calgary, Hockey Alberta and Hockey Canada. In partnership, we continue to grow the female game.
