In the memo section please include your team name, association and Tier info (indicate 2 or 3) as well as acknowledging our cancellation policy –tournament fees are non-refundable unless you arrange a replacement team.
*Please note it is important that you include your teams’ name, tournament and date or payment will be rejected.
2. Please email me your roster (include coaches and managers) and team logo along with your jersey colors as soon as possible.
3. Hotels – We have rooms blocked at the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort and Fairmont Creekside Resorts. More information to be provided after registration, including booking discount code.
4. I will be forwarding tournament rules, schedules, etc. as we get closer to the date. Our tournament starts Saturday morning. All games will be played at: Village of Canal Flats Arena
