Is your team attending an out of town tournament during the regular season? If so, then you need a schedule window!
Using your Hockey Calgary login, submit the “Play in a Tournament” form under the Team Administration menu. Teams are permitted one schedule window during the regular season (Jan 2-Feb 21) however schedule windows are not allowed during Esso Minor Hockey Week January 9-16, 2016.
The deadline for regular season schedule windows is Nov 30, 2015.
