In conjunction with the PWHL Takeover Tour, the PWHL will be hosting a Coaches Panel with the staff from both the Ottawa Charge and Toronto Sceptres. This session will bring together experienced voices to share practical insights, real stories, and proven strategies on topics like:

• Building a strong, positive team culture in female hockey environments
• Supporting player development through age‑appropriate skill progression
• Communicating effectively with young female athletes
• Navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of competitive girls’ hockey
• Lessons learned from coaching at the highest levels of the game
