2011 Summer Hockey Camps

March 14, 2011

Hockey Canada is pleased to release registration information for its 2011 Summer Camp Program.  Our 2011 summer camps will feature a variety of new and exciting opportunities for our athletes!

Our 2011 program will feature a recreational program and an advanced program.  The dates and age groups of our program are as follows:

1.       Recreational Program – August 8-12 (Novice/Atom/Peewee)

2.       Advanced Program – August 15-19 (Atom/Peewee/Bantam)

**Advanced program recommended for players in Division 3 and higher**

Hockey Canada will operate its 2011 Summer Camp Program out of the WINSPORT Athletic and Ice Complex, located at Canada Olympic Park.  The new Athletic and Ice Complex not only offers us a state of the art on-ice facility with large dressing rooms, but also provides us the opportunity to access the large variety of off-ice facilities located within the Canada Olympic Park Complex.  New for 2011, camp participants will experience team building, low ropes, high ropes, athletics, and mini putt sessions.

As a new component  to our 2011 Camp Program, Hockey Canada will be providing lunch for all participants.  A variety of menu items have been selected for the week long camp,  and will be provided by the catering department at WINSPORT.
