How does it feel to make Team Alberta?

 

“It’s a great honour to be selected to play for Team Alberta. There have been a lot of great players who have taken part in this program and it’s an honour to follow in their footsteps.”

 

What are you looking forward to the most at the Canada Winter Games?

 

“Representing Alberta proudly and wining Gold.”

 

What advice would you give to kids who want to be in your skates one day?

 

“Keep working hard, you have to prove yourself everyday.”

How does it feel to make Team Alberta?

 

“It’s a huge honour. It’s something I’ve been looking forward to for the last couple of years and I’ve seen my friends go through the program.”

 

What are you looking forward to the most at the Canada Winter Games?

 

“Staying at the hotel with all the different sports and different provinces. There are 22 other sports taking part in the Canada Winter Games. I’m really excited.”

 

What advice would you give to kids who want to be in your skates one day?

 

“Work your hardest and give 100 per cent all the time no matter who is watching.

How does it feel to make Team Alberta?

 

“It’s really exciting, a lot of hard work. This program is a stepping stone and I’m grateful for the opportunity.”

 

What are you looking forward to the most at the Canada Winter Games?

 

“Trying to win a Gold medal. We’re competing against the best hockey players in Canada and Hockey Alberta and Hockey Calgary have helped us get this far. We’re excited.”

 

What advice would you give to kids who want to be in your skates one day?

 

“Hockey is all about having fun. You have to work hard, keep your head up and work on improving everyday.”

How does it feel to make Team Alberta?

 

“It was a life changing experience so far.”

 

What are you looking forward to the most at the Canada Winter Games?

 

“Going to Halifax. I’ve never really traveled that much and it’ll be fun to play against other teams in the country.”

 

What advice would you give to kids who want to be in your skates one day?

 

“Keep working hard and don’t let the little things get you down.”

“It’s really exciting to represent your province.”

“The competitiveness across the country should be quite good. I think we’re a strong team this year.”

 

What advice would you give to kids who want to be in your skates one day?

 

“Hard work should always be there. You can’t teach hard work.”

“It’s an honour. Lots of kids tried out for the team and it’ll be a great opportunity to play in Halifax.

 

What are you looking forward to the most at the Canada Winter Games?

 

“The experience playing at the national level and hopefully bringing home the Gold.”

 

What advice would you give to kids who want to be in your skates one day?

 

“Pay attention to all the details. Never take a shift off and always stay positive,”
