Hockey Alberta, Hockey Calgary and COLD FX would like to salute all Alberta hockey moms.
100 invitations are up for grabs for Alberta hockey moms along with ONE child to attend a luncheon and meet with hockey legend Don Cherry!
This invitation is open to all hockey moms within Alberta that have a child registered with a Minor Hockey Association. Selected moms accompanied by ONE child, will be able to attend this unique opportunity!

Mom’s Name, Email address, Daytime phone number and Minor Hockey Association
DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES IS MIDNIGHT ON TUESDAY FEBRUARY 1, 2011
All entries received prior to the deadline will be entered into the contest and Hockey Alberta will select the 100 lucky recipients. You will be notified by email prior to February 11, 2011 if you have been selected to attend.
