Hockey Calgary Employment Opportunity

The primary responsibilities will include:

Communication

  • Handle a high volume of calls, escalating as required
  • Support Hockey Calgary web users
  • Process tournament and special event sanctions

Registration 

  • Process player releases
  • Primary contact for the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) 
  • Liaison with Hockey Alberta / Hockey Canada regarding HCR issues
  • Train and support Association Registrars
  • Process HCR transfer requests
  • Coordinate the entering of affiliations
  • Approval and Distribution of Team Rosters to Governors/Chairs

Miscellaneous 

  • Key operator for all office equipment including Xerox, Moneris, telephone system and postage metre
  • Co-ordinate Casino
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies

Must be proficient with HCR and familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
