Teams must be prepared to begin as early as 5pm on Friday and consideration will be given to teams travelling the furthest. Final game Sunday could begin as late as 2pm. Please only apply if this works for your team.
COST: $1200.00 (Spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until paid) Cost includes: 4 – 90 minute Games, Swag Bags, MVP awards, prize and raffle table, 50/50's and lots of fun hockey. Please note that teams withdrawing from the tournament will only be issued a refund of their tournament fees if we are able to find a replacement team that pays tournament fees in full.
HOW TO APPLY: Please email me with your team name, league and tier/division you play in, team manager name and a link to your team on the league website. We will vet teams for compatibility to our teams as well as look to accept as many different associations as possible and then let teams know if they will be accepted. Teams will not be considered registered until payment is received. We want this tournament to be a fun and welcoming environment, with good sportsmanship, and will have a zero tolerance for abuse of any kind. We look forward to hosting the teams that are selected.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU A SPOT IN OUR TOURNAMENT. YOUR SPOT IS ONLY GUARANTEED ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN OFFICIALLY INVITED, PAID AND SENT A CONFIRMATION LETTER. Once approved: All Calgary teams attending this tournament, must submit the "Play in a Tournament" form using their Team Manager user account. A travel permit will be auto-approved and automatically sent to the team by email, and a Schedule Window will be created if appropriate.
