We (Trails West Wolves – Peewee 3) will be hosting the tournament through the weekend of December 15th to 16th, 2018.
All games will be played at the Golden & District Recreation Complex (1410 9th Street South, Golden, BC).
We are anticipating a four-team tournament with each team being at an equally matched level of play.
All teams are guaranteed four games, no more, no less. Two games on Saturday December 15th, and two on Sunday December 16th (including one "medal round" game).
The earliest game of the tournament will begin at 8:00 am on Saturday December 15th and the last possible game will finish by 3:30 pm on Sunday December 16th.
Round robin games will be 75-minute ice times (3 periods at 15 minutes stop time, each). Medal round games will be 90-minute ice times which will allow for medal ceremonies, etc.
Each player will be provided with a medal or trophy to commemorate their participation in the tournament.
Each game will feature a "Heart and Hustle" awarded to one player on each team.
Players will receive a welcome gift bag as well as juice and snacks following each game.
We will be providing each registered team with a schedule of their ice times as soon as all four teams have paid in full to allow for accommodation considerations (if required).
Please note that final confirmation will be on a first come first serve basis with tournament entrance guarantee being provided once payment is received.

Upon acceptance to the tournament, we ask that your team’s entrance fee of $1,350.00 be paid immediately. Cheques can be made payable to Trails West Peewee 3 and can be mailed to me.
