Story 1:
My name is Rachel, and I have to say that this years' Esso Minor Hockey Week is one of the most exciting and interesting ones that I've ever had, and I've been playing hockey for eleven years. I have three younger sisters, Nicole and Alyssa, and we all play with Girl's Hockey Calgary. I play Midget B and my sisters play Bantam B and Pee Wee B, respectively. This year, we all managed to win Esso Minor Hockey Week, giving our family a grand total of three gold medals in one week. The games were crazy and intense--my games had one shoot-out and the final game even went into double overtime--but it was awesome to be able to celebrate all of our successes together. Also, it is one of the last years that I would've been able to experience something like that, as I unfortunately only have one more year left of Midget.
