
The Hockey Calgary Pee Wee Skills Challenge 2010 Zone 9 finals will take place at a date to be determined in November, 2010 at the Ernie Starr Arena.
WHO: Open to all registered PeeWee players with Hockey Calgary in the 2010-2011 season.
WHAT: Hockey Alberta Pee Wee Skills Challenge
WHEN: The 2010 Pee Wee Skills Testing will take place in November, 2010 at the Ernie Starr Arena. Each kid will be on the ice for approximately 60 minutes.
LOCAL TESTING: An opportunity for coaches to test their athletes using a series of individual skill tests that can be performed with minimal set up and equipment.
ZONE FINAL: An opportunity for local players to compete in the zone finals where they can learn skills from a Junior or University team in their area. Players from each Zone Final will advance to the Provincial Final.
PROVINCIAL FINAL: Will take place at the Pengrowth Saddledome in conjunction with the Calgary Flames Hockey Club.
FLAMES SUPER SKILLS: 16 provincial final winners will join the Calgary Flames players in the Flames Super Skills Challenge taking place in January, 2011.
